Back Story.  Created for our best customers and biggest fans, theCLUB is an opportunity to receive routine shipments every quarter, and access to exclusive perks and offers while you maintain your membership to theCLUB.

The Tiers.  theCLUB has two separate tiers available and each of the tiers provides an increasing amount of caramel, along with increasingly valuable perks.

• theVIP Tier.  You'll receive 4 x 2.5oz pouches of caramel once per quarter in a mixture of seasonal and best selling caramel flavors.
• theINSIDER Tier (limited availability). You'll receive 4 x 4oz boxes of our seasonal and best selling caramel flavors, and a "test kitchen" batch once per quarter.  There are only 200 spots available for theINSIDER Tier.

The Perks.  In addition to your quarterly caramel shipments, you also have access to the following perks based upon the tier you join:

Your Shotwell Candy account will be coded to offer each of the perks above so that they are accessible on all future orders every time you log into your account.

Shipping.  Shipping is included for free on each of your theCLUB shipments.  Your initial theCLUB shipment will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days of your order.  Thereafter, each of your theCLUB shipments will be prepared and sent every three (3) months.  

Billing Schedule.  You will automatically charged once per quarter when your next shipment is prepared and shipped.  The charge will be equal to the price for the tier you joined and, as with the initial shipment, shipping is free.  Upon shipment, your card will be charged and you will receive a shipment notification as well as tracking information so you can keep tabs on your order.
