Saying thank you, one caramel at a time
For more than ten years I've helped companies say thank you with caramels. Law firms, wealth managers, hospitals, builders, hotels. Every year a lot of it starts the same way: somebody sends me a spreadsheet of names and addresses, and I take it from there.
Shotwell is Memphis-born, and every caramel is handmade in small batches from my original recipes and wrapped by hand. You pick the gift, send me your list (and your logo if you want it on the package), and we'll pack each one, tuck in your note, and ship it straight to your clients' doors.

Make it yours
Add your logo
We can stamp your logo on the 3-Pack mailers or the favor bags in one ink color (black works best). A custom logo stamp is a one-time $35 fee. Before anything is stamped, we'll send you a free digital mock-up to approve.
Your note in every box
Tell us what you'd like it to say and how to sign it. You can write one note for everyone, or a different note per recipient in the spreadsheet.
Volume savings
The more you send, the more you save
Savings are taken off the gift total on your order, before shipping.

Savings on Three-Pound Party Packs and favor bags top out at 10%. Shipping is charged per address and shown on your invoice.
Step 2
Upload your logo
- Best: vector file (.AI, .EPS, .SVG or .PDF)
- Also fine: high-resolution .PNG with a transparent background (at least 1000 px wide)
- One-color artwork stamps best. If all you have is a JPG, send it anyway and we'll tell you whether it will work.
- Name the file with your company name, e.g.
AcmeCo-logo.svg.
Opens a secure upload page. You'll only see your own files. The upload link is open through Thursday, Dec 10.
Step 3
Upload your recipient list
- Download the spreadsheet template (CSV)
- Fill in one row per recipient: name, company, street address, city, state, ZIP, gift choice, quantity and your note. The gift codes are listed here: Download gift codes (CSV).
- Upload it with the same button. Excel, Google Sheets (download as .xlsx or .csv) and CSV all work.
- US addresses only, please.

Your list stays private. We use your recipients' information only to ship your gifts. We'll never contact your recipients, add them to our mailing list or share their information.

Order early and we'll ship as soon as your gifts are ready. Holiday flavors begin shipping around the first week of November. Tell us your preferred delivery window (for example, "arrive the week of Dec 7") and we'll plan around it. Sending just one gift? Order on the site as usual.
FAQ
Good questions
Do I have to order a certain amount?
No. Send one gift or five hundred. Larger orders save more (see Volume savings).
Can each recipient get something different?
Yes. Put the gift code and note for each person on their row in the spreadsheet.
Can you include our note or card?
Yes. Every gift can include a printed note. Write it in the spreadsheet, one for everyone or one per person.
How does the logo stamp work?
Send your logo and we'll make a custom one-color stamp. We email a free digital mock-up before anything is stamped. Already ordered from us with a logo? We may still have your stamp on file. Just ask.
How do I pay?
We'll email you a QuickBooks invoice. Shipping is charged per address and listed on your invoice.
When will my gifts arrive?
Most gifts ship within a few business days of approval. Holiday flavors begin shipping around the first week of November. Tell us your preferred delivery window and we'll plan around it.
How long do the caramels stay fresh?
They're best within 3–4 months of delivery, and every piece is individually wrapped.
Do you ship outside the US?
Business gift lists are for US addresses.
Can you do gifts after the holidays?
Yes: client thank-yous, closings, onboarding, events and conferences, all year long.
